It doesn't sound natural to me in English to add the word "offer"; I think what they're saying is that they don't just want to see a picture, or a list of prices etc, but want to see an example of the actual product itself.

In agreement with pj-ffm's comment, I think "representative sample" would probably be the best and least ambiguous option
