German term
Aussteuerung
German to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
Business Abbreviation
"....sowie selbständiges Durchführung von Inbetreibsetzung und Aussteuerung von im Projekt beteiligten Mitarbeiter"
From a work reference from Siemens corporation for a project engineer. I see there are several entries in the glossary for this but I'm not sure if this is the 'phasing out' of employees or the 'provisioning' of employees. In the context is looks like 'phasing out' or 'decommissioning'.

management
Aussteuerung in the sense of guiding, directing, aligning => management, seems to make more sense in the context IMO.

: die Mitarbeiter werden ausgesteuert...it's more like they are being "directed" towards the door...and "management" doesn't quite convey that!
