médecine légale, civile et pénale

Can I translate the whole thing by "forensic medicine" or are they three different branches of medicine?

Discussion

AFAIK there is no such thing as "civil medicine" or "criminal medicine" in English - it's civil and criminal forensic medicine e.g. http://www.louisville.edu/medschool/psychiatry/education/pg4...

am very sure about légale being forensic but am not so sure about the other 2 although think they could be correct. Wait for a medical translator to appear. it's not my field.
