French term

TGM

French to English Medical Medical (general) Haematology report
I was wondering if anyone could help me with what TGM stands for in French and hopefully an English equivalent?

The term is from a haematology report that I am translating. It also has the term VGM in it which I have found to be MCV (Mean Corpuscular Volume) but I cant seem to find any instances of TGM. I presume it is related?

Any help would be much appreciated!
