Context: French Audit Bureau of Circulations / OJD report filing. This a paragraph congratulating a publication for sending in their "DSH" on time (presumably a report) giving their circulation figures.

This is the term used in certain Commonwealth countries (see web ref) Not sure if this would fit in the context.

Hi Ian, thanks for that. Although I think that 'statutory' in that sense refers to the law or for example filing reports with Companies House (trade register) in the UK - that type of thing, whereas this is a choice really at the end of the day |
