This is the term used in certain Commonwealth countries (see web ref) Not sure if this would fit in the context.

| Hi Ian, thanks for that. Although I think that 'statutory' in that sense refers to the law or for example filing reports with Companies House (trade register) in the UK - that type of thing, whereas this is a choice really at the end of the day |
