100 and still going

100 not out refers to cricket (probably)..you stay on the field / pitch until you are bowled out.

She is 100 years old, still in the field, and still running - she hasn't been bowled out yet ;-)

It is cricket scoring terminology

When a batsman hits 100 runs & is still not out, he is 100 not out.
Similarly the reference to the lady now I think is apparent
Good luck

Life vs. Cricket

Life vs. Cricket: In the game of Cricket, when a batsman hits the ball and both him and his partner, run between the Wickets, if they make 100 such runs, without being bowled-out, then the primary batsman is mentioned as: 100 not out. That is why,the long life of the Lady still running great through the field of Life, is compared to the situation of a batsman with 100 (runs) not out.
Wicket=the set of 3 stumps with a bail or bar on top.
Vs.=versus is being used by me, not so much as against as in opposition; but as compared against the back drop of Cricket.
