With full control on your national system, you save time in all xxx and maximise sales.
I have problems with this preposition. Does this mean the same as "control over ..." or does it mean that the national system has full control?

it seems that the context is talking about an large IT network, the main part of which is the national system, and maybe there are other related regional systems or subsystems, but the full control can be exerted through the national system, so you have full access to and control over all the data at one centralized point.

: this is feasible, i.e., that the national system has built-in control//but it's hard to know what the client has in mind - perhaps a gd case for referring to the client?
