The tendering process is driven by the Contract Manager, who is responsible for the overall completion of the tender deliverables.
The technical requirements of the tendering process are managed by the Proposals Engineering Department.
Once the PM and the TPM have been defined, and based on the submitted offer, the process for handover between the tender group and the project group is held.

Vilka s.k. Följande områden är det som övertar projektet? Tycker formuleringen verkar lite vag. Menar man inte att man vid dessa möten överför information till projektteamets ingenjörer som har specialistkompetens inom olika områden?
