Leroy Merlin calls them "laminas" but they are small rolls for DIY purposes rather than industrial.
For describing a house your best bet here would probably be:
"Techo con/de membrana asfaltica" ;@) [prefiero "con" porque hay otra 2 o 3 materiales utilizado en la construcción del techo! Pero no soy nativo y preposiciones me matar!!!]
