Aclaro: estoy asumiendo que ICT significa Intelligent Complex Technology.
Según el glosario de Microsoft, "complex network: red compleja".
Otra opción puede ser Intelligent Compliance Technology: Tecnología para conformidad inteligente.

He modificado el término a "tecnología de terminación inteligente", en base a una pregunta posterior en la que tu texto indica que se trata de "Intelligent completion technology".
