No tengo ni idea de cómo traducir este fragmento en la siguiente oración:
The load carrying capacity is determined per ASTM D1947. It is reported as the "pounds per inch of face width" at which the average tooth face scuffing of 22-1/2 percent has been reached. A four-square tester is loaded in specified increments.

"Se define como las "libras por pulgada de anchura de cara" para las que se alcanza un desgaste medio de la cara del diente del 22,5%".
