Get cracking

Here's the context. Two camp leaders addressing to the children.

"Heads up, campers. The jamboree's only two weeks away. So we better get cracking, uh?"

A translation of the complete phrase would be more than welcome.
I'm not sure on these ones:

"heads up" --> vamos!
"jamboree" --> "reunión"?

Peer comment(s):

agree cisternas : respecto a jamboree, es la reunión internacional que tienen los scouts (chicos exploradores). En Chile, se dice igual.
