venta para consumo en el local / para consumo fuera del local

These terms are used in the UK alcohol beverage industry to describe sales of drinks consumed on the premises (a bar, restaurant etc. - on-trade sales) or away from the premises (drinks bought from supermarkets, off-licences etc. - off-trade sales). Perhaps a native speaker can find a better way of saying this.
