I work for a publishing house and one of the revisors I assist had a doubt about the term "horn-mouthed tombs" and I couldn't help her. We couldn't find out what it means in this context:

The upward-pointing triangle in figures 11 and 12, formed by the spread of the Goddess's legs, symbolise death and the womb as tomb, as seen in the structures of so-called "horn-mouthed tombs". Gimbutas says that "the caves, crevices and caverns of the earth are natural manifestations of the primordial womb of the Mother. [...]

We came to the conclusion that a "horn-mouthed tomb" could be a tomb that follows the lines of the human body (like some Egyptian tombs) but we are not sure.

This is a book about the Templars and Masonry.
