Mi sembra che il "Bouchon" sia un tappo in francese.
Quindi un Cafè che fa servizio di caffè mattutino e di Bouchon che fa secondo voi?
Ho trovato anche un "Bouchon & Bistro" in internet, avevo pensato alla degustazione di vini, ma non mi convince anche perchè esiste anche una sala apposita nella struttura in oggetto.
Illuminatemi, magari la soluzione è immediata, ma io non riesco a vederla...

I ristoranti tipici di Lione si chiamano "bouchon", un nome la cui origine deriverebbe dalla loro insegna: in certe locande si appendeva sulla porta una manciata (Bouchon) di fieno e paglia. Il viaggiatore veniva informato che mentre pranzava il suo cavallo veniva rifocillato e strigliato.
