English term

Cranio-guard / cranio-guard bur / cranio-guard nose

English to Italian Medical Medical: Instruments Handpieces
I am translating a text about surgical handpieces. The words of my subject line appear in the document in sentences such as:

- Remove the « Heavy Duty » handpiece or cranio-guard nose by pulling it
- Cranio-guard must only be used with straight 70mm « Heavy Duty » handpieces

I need to find a proper translation for "cranio guard" and "cranio guard nose". The most suitable translation for "bur" seems to be "fresa".

Thank you.

Benvenuta in KudoZ, Martina.

"CRANIOTOMO (cranio guard 15mm)".
