English to Italian Bus/Financial Insurance Riassicurazione

The invited Carrier are asked to provide to XXX a written offer confirming the following issues related to five macro-areas.
For each area, it will be assigned a weight as indicated below:

d. ** DISTRIBUTION SERVICES ** (maximum weight 20%)
As expressively required by the Policy Holder, preferential requirement will be the use of YYY, the MMC’s Managing General Agency.
For this requirement, before the agreed date for the due diligence (if any) the invited carrier must have in force signed mandate with both:
YYY for the Portfolio Underwriting
XXX Risk Consulting for claims administration
e. BROKER REMUNERATION (maximum weight 20%)
21% of the premiums (average on the three lines of business) to XXX.
The above remuneration does not include the ** distribution services ** and the Third Party Administration costs for Medical claims management.
