English term
a green light to hit the town every night
English to Italian
Medical
Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
One recent study found that people who drank alcohol were less likely to develop the disease than those who didn’t. While the researchers found that the more you drink, the lower your risk, excessive alcohol consumption is associated with a number of other health issues, including liver disease and dementia, so the study is absolutely not a green light to hit the town every night.
