What's the purpose of GRP?
To create a global service delivery organization that will fortify our "onsite to online" service strategy as well as fortify our productivity initiatives.
This new organization (uniting Regional Support Center and Technical Solutions Center teams) is designed to improve service deliverables for all Customers (internal and external).
What is meant by the term "Pre-Clarification”?
Within the GRP Project the term "Pre-Clarification" means the technical clarification of notifications in the forefront of a site visit.
In other words, at initial point of contact, our customers will speak directly with a technical or applications specialist to clearly define the issue and either resolve it online or develop a concise action plan to enable the CSE to efficiently resolve the issue on site.
The scope of the project is to work in close collaboration between country and HQ to establish the best Service delivery solution for our in-vivo and in-vitro customers and as well for the CSEs and Application specialists.
