Discussion
If, say, the Agreement originally said that I was required to pay 100 Euros on April 1st...
A "waiver" would be a statement that I no longer had to pay the 100 Euros [it "waives" the right of the other person to claim the 100 Euros]
An "amendment" would change the amount of money, or the payment date
