Any term, covenant, agreement or condition of this Agreement may be amended or waived if such amendment or waiver is in writing and is signed by the Parties.

The terms explained simply... Hopefully a native Greek-speaker will provide a better translation if I explain the terms very simply:

If, say, the Agreement originally said that I was required to pay 100 Euros on April 1st...
A "waiver" would be a statement that I no longer had to pay the 100 Euros [it "waives" the right of the other person to claim the 100 Euros]
An "amendment" would change the amount of money, or the payment date

Ένας όρος ανά ερώτηση! Οι παραπάνω λέξεις είναι τίτλος σε κάποια ενότητα μιας σύμβασης και άρα θα συναντάται ως μια ενότητα σε όλα τα ελληνικά κείμενα.
Άλλωστε γιατί άλλες φορές θεωρούμε ως έναν όρο μια φράση με 3 ή 4 λέξεις;
