@Tony Thanks Tony!

@ Asker That's quite the wrong idea, I'm afraid!

The 'tatse' here doesn't have the idea of 'dégustation', but the sense of good / bad taste. So you might see some material on these 3rd-party sites that you find distasteful, for example.

I think the idea is more something along the lines of 'leur adéquation avec votre goût' — though obviously that's not actually a workable translation solution as such — just an idea of the overall sense!

disagree Tony M : I don't think it is 'with good taste' in general, but rather with YOUR specific taste — this is not a judgement issue ("what is good taste?") but rather "you may not like it"

pertinence au goût général

.....qu'il s'accorde avec le goût général du public;
Peer comment(s):

disagree Tony M : I don't think it's 'with public taste' in general — rather with YOUR specific taste — this is not a judgement issue ("what is good taste?") but rather "you may not like it" / Adding 'général' implies it is some intrinsic, absolute quality common to all.

agree Anne-Marie Laliberté (X) : Taste is always specific to someone or some people. It cannot be otherwise. It is thus implied.
