English to Czech Bus/Financial Insurance debt collection

The Agent shall be obliged to obtain the Principal’s consent in case of seeking collection of the Debts through the court, including proving the Debts in the bankruptcy proceedings, filing a petition for adjudication of bankruptcy for the assets of the debtor, an offset agreement, a waiver of a right or remission of an amount owing.
