Výraz se vyskytuje v podmínkách distribuce: "Distributor agrees to use best efforts to ensure that Products are distributed, sold and resold .... and to prevent the direct or indirect distribution and sale of Products to (i) any person or entity located outside of Distributor's Territory; (ii) persons or entities not in the Professional Industry; or (iii) any person or entity which sells, resells or otherwise distributes Products outside the Territory or to and person or entity which is not in the Professional Industry; and any such distribution or sale to an Unauthorized Customer shall be deemed to be an impermissible diversion of the Products"
