I am sure bro Hani hit the target, the other colleagues missed it. The word cook تعنى الطهاة محبي الطهي في العراء والإعلان موجه لهم
I mean it is not (cooking). Please allow some grammar. To the best of knowledge the word must be cooking not cook that is to make sense with your translation, it must be gerund according to a grammatical rule this derived from the verb (which makes another form ……………with ….. ing.), furthermore it is preceded by the proposition "for" . but it "cook"
I believe the Ad is directed to the outdoor lovers of cooking.
