Door Colruyt wordt een mazouttank voorzien met 2 trekbuizen tussen mangat tank en het gebouw. Eén trekbuis is voor de nodige heen-en terugvoer van de mazoutleiding en de leiding van de peilmeter door te steken....
...indien tank onder verharding ligt, via leiding (2”, gegalvaniseerde buis) in sleuf van trekbuizen tot op 3m hoogte tegen gebouw (buitenkant)

This is a pipe which is laid in the ground and serves as a protective cover for the oil pipes and the wiring for the meter.
The name comes from 'trekken' - drawing piping but more often wiring or cabling through a pipe. It has nothing to do with suction.
