I'm not quite sure if this is the correct translation. All I know is that VOKO is a group op people (a co-operation) who only buy, sell and prepare biological food. They have their own stores and restaurants without purpose of gain (commercial).
In Dutch VOKO stands for voedselkooperatie.

You're absolutely right! My humble apologies for a lousy translation! Of course it's organic food....and as far as co-operation is concerned ...I guess I was thinking in Dutch too much....samenwerkingsverband.

Perhaps they're just saying the organisation's run a bit like a co-operative:

Er wordt wel verwacht dat je (minimaal) een keer in de zoveel maanden meehelpt met het bemensen van de winkel. "
