Dutch term

het aandeel van x was ondergewaardeerd

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Not being a financial wizard, I could do with some help here. X is involved in an in-company project, whereby management students are brought in to work on a specific project. Gives them work experience and the company gets resources to address a specific business problem. X is a European cinema group, so presumably the onroerend goed refers to its cinemas.

Does this mean "X's share price was undervalued (because the value of its property was underestimated)? Or is it something to do with its market share??
