This is from a document about maternity/parental leave and concerns occupational accident insurance. Full passage:
Dle záznamů také využíváte benefit zaměstnaneckého úrazového pojištění (částka je Vám i přidaněna každý měsíc ke mzdě) – pokud chcete tento benefit využívat i po nástupu na MD/RD je nezbytné si pročíst pečlivě informace k úrazovému pojištění v příloze tohoto emailu.

Přidanit/přidaněn isn't in any dictionary that I can find. Something to do with tax, but what?

To Jiří Jitka ale ve svém návrhu neříká, že je to součást mzdy, nýbrž že se se daní v jejím rámci, což je pravda, de facto tedy říká totéž, co ten původní paskvil "přidaněna ke mzdě". Vám se tam ta mzda úplně vytratila. Ale věcně je to samozřejmě ok, jen mi ta Jitky verze připadá "angličtější", to ale ať posoudí tazatelka coby RM.

Accountants and marketing guys who try to be creative in terms of vocabulary are the translator's worst enemy... you cannot find in any dictionary a word that does not exist...

I believe what this refers to is a non-cash benefit that increases the employee's tax base while not increasing actual salary. You may have to change the structure of that particular part of the sentence, unless of course someone knows the English equivalent of pridanit, if one exists. Roni
