联网授权可分为一次性授权和长期授权两种。一次性授权表示只委托该经办人办理指定的一笔业务，业务办理后授权自动失效，下次办理时再重新授权。例如：某导师同意用项目经费为其指导的研究生支付一笔论文发表版面费800元，则可采取一次性授权的方式。长期授权表示委托该经办人在一段时间内可以使用项目经费办理某些业务，被授权的经办人可以在授权期限内多次使用项目经费而不需要每次找负责人签字。例如：某导师同意其指导的研究生在2003年1月1日至2003年6月30日之间用项目经费在复印中心支付复印费，但总数不得超过500元。

(1)一次性授权管理。就是使项目经理部成为生产指挥中心,同时又能及时解体。
(2)一次性临时组织。项目经理部是企业的临时授权机构。其人员的组合也应是临时的。从而改变人员固化配置,推动企业人员向职业化发展。
(3)一次性成本中心。项目实行成本责任制,项目完工,成本中心的任务也就完成,不应有延续的费用开支。
