How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

You will need a reduction in the oven temperature or you will overcook your roast.
I know perfectly well that "reducción" has the same meaning in English as in Spanish Ronald, it just does not sound logical to me to use it in the English cooking terminology, but as times change, so do terminology. The more complicated it is for those who are not specialists in the profession, the less risk of losing their jobs for specialists (as I read when studying linguistics). |

: yes of course it means "reduction", but not in any of the senses you mention. This is when a sauce (etc.) has been boiled down to concentrate its flavours, thicken it, reduce volume, etc
