In all cases ,decision to hold salary suspention for an employee should not exceed seven(7) days after the penalty have been imposed .It is the responsibility of the HR Business Partner to ensure that suspention records are cleared every month and no pending salary suspenstion resolution is carried forward to the next month's payroll cycle
