Scam from Ivory Coast- Africa

People using the name of renowned writers have posted projects on other translators'sites. They might have used Proz.com too. They are from the Ivory Coast and their argumentations are very convincent. I discovered it was a scam when they asked me to send them a caution tax by Western Union in order to effectuate my payment.
