For a freelancer, when he/she takes vacations for more than 3 days it means losing money.
Only in-house workers and bosses can take 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 weeks.
I have 5 jobs right now...when everyone is in the beach.
And my taxes are paid by Myself without any benefits.

Which I could go in vacations.

10 years is too much time without more than 3 days out of my computer. But with my age, I don't have the chances that are offered to Youngsters without any ex

In the last 5 years I've taken an average of 1 week a year to go someplace on a vacation. It always entails a lot of time spent on preparations ahead of time and catching up when I get back, so the down time is actually more. I could not afford to take more time than that, as it would definitely affect my business.
