The Jeenie platform has 8,000+ interpreters in over 140 countries. Jeenie medical interpreters are carefully selected for domain knowledge, experience, specialization, and other characteristics. They are all HIPAA-trained with 3 to 5 years of medical interpreting experience and possess national or international medical interpreting certification, if available in their language combination. They must adhere to Jeenie’s Business Associate Agreements and privacy/confidentiality policies, and they are held to high quality standards (minimum rating of 4 stars) on every call.
