The Santiago powwow was small in numbers but big in listening and cheerfulness, shared by the attendees – four people representing three continents. In a small place like Santiago de Compostela, that is pretty good.
While tasting a delicious carrot cake in the beautiful venue of Café Casino, we started by introducing ourselves and telling why we are settled in this corner of Spain. Every time I listen to other people’s stories, I come to think how fascinating, how captivating every life is.
Mixing personal stories and professional topics, we shared thoughts, questions and some of the usual concerns of our days. Here are a few:

After two good hours of uninterrupted talk, we parted with a promise to keep in touch on the various platforms we are on, and to organise other in-person meetings also in other cities in Galicia, e.g. Vigo and Coruña.
