Seven people attended in total (myself included), and the atmosphere was relaxed and informal.
We started off with a round of introductions, and then went on to discuss a number of topics in the group. These were: CAT tools, machine translation, direct clients, and professional associations.
I think that everyone present would agree that the meetup was a success and should be repeated in the not too distant future, perhaps in a quieter location. Clive suggested a private room upstairs in a pub, which I think would have been better than the café we held it in which was rather noisy.
I would like to thank everyone that attended. I had a really good time and I think we should organise another powwow sometime in the not too distant future, perhaps in a quieter place.
