Bio
I have been working as a freelance translator since 2007. Since 2022, I have added speech writing in English and German as well as subtitling for film & television to my portfolio.
My main working languages are English and German. I love languages and continue to practise my favourite ones.
English and German as my every-day languages (native level)
Italian (I used to be fluent and visited an Italian Liceo for a year reading Dante among others.
Danish (learning - after all, it's part of my family heritage)
French (learning a little more every day)
Spanish (beginner)
Latin (proficiency - I have earned my proficiency in Latin at high school. Latin skills have been tremendously helpful in learning new languages and for translation.)
