About me

My name in Pinyin is Min Xuanping, and please call me Min in short.

I am a native Chinese, male, was born in 1979 and live in Ningbo of China. I help my customers translate files from English to Chinese or back, and create subtitles from audios or videos.

I studied mechatronics in a professional school from 1996 to 2000 and had over 20 years of work experience with a couple of multinational companies where English was the work language.

Thanks to my in-depth understanding of English and Chinese, I would define my translation by exactness and purity, which might be difficult for non-native readers.

My Specialization

My working area in translation covers any fields, which means my translation usually requires very limited changes by any qualified proofreader who specializes in the area. I specialize in the following areas, which means I am best in providing translation, proofreading, and consecutive interpreting services within these areas:

I have translated/proofread a couple of hundreds of projects with just a handful  translation companies around the world. I keep a track record of 100% approval rate. I translated for the following brands as examples: GM, LG, Howden, Olympus, Colfax, Ferrari, Bosch, Porche, etc.

I work with CAT tools such us XTM, SDL Trados Studio and SmartCat, and have no problem to jump from one to another.
