Source text - French L'époux survivant acquerra ou se fera attribuer les biens ci-dessus visés dans les conditions prévues aux articles 1391 et 1392 du Code civil.
En outre, il est convenu ce qui suit :
1°) - Pour se libérer des soultes qu'il pourra devoir aux héritiers du prédécédé, l'époux survivant aura terme et délai de cinq années à compter du partage, qu'il soit amiable ou judiciaire, pour faire le paiement par cinquième chaque année, avec intérêts au taux légal, lesdits intérêts payables en même temps que chaque fraction de capital.
- Pour se libérer du prix d'acquisition des biens du prédécédé, l'époux survivant disposera de ce même délai de cinq ans, avec intérêts au taux légal. Ce délai commencera à courir :
a) Si l'acquisition est faite à l'amiable en dehors de toute notification, à compter de la date du contrat constatant la mutation.
b) Si l'acquisition résulte de la notification prévue par l'article 1392 du Code civil, à compter de la date de cette notification
2°) - En garantie des sommes qui leur seront dues, les héritiers de l'époux prédécédé pourront exiger de l'époux survivant et à ses frais, la remise en gage et nantissement des fonds de commerce, établissements ou droits sociaux acquis ou attribués.
Sur les biens acquis ou attribués, il appartiendra aux héritiers de l'époux prédécédé d'inscrire à leur profit et aux frais de l'époux survivant, suivant le cas, soit le privilège de co-partageant, soit le privilège de vendeur, prévus à l'article 2374 du Code civil.
3°) - Les sommes dues par l'époux survivant aux héritiers de l'époux prédécédé deviendront immédiatement et de plein droit exigibles en cas d'aliénation à titre onéreux ou gratuit des biens acquis ou attribués, en cas de décès de l'époux survivant avant son entière libération. Pour le logement de la famille et les meubles le garnissant, en cas de ventes partielles, la fraction de la soulte encore due s'imputera sur le produit de ces ventes.
4°) - La faculté d'attribution et d'acquisition stipulée ci-dessus, ne pourra être exercée, si le décès du conjoint se produit au cours d'une instance en divorce ou de séparation de corps, postérieurement à la date de l'ordonnance de non conciliation.
Translation - Spanish El cónyuge supérstite adquirirá o se le atribuirán los citados bienes en las condiciones previstas en los artículos 1391 y 1392 del Código Civil.
Además, se acuerda lo siguiente:
1.- Para abonar las compensaciones que puedan corresponder a los herederos del premoriente, el cónyuge supérstite dispondrá de un plazo de cinco años a partir del reparto de la herencia, sea amistoso o por vía judicial, para realizar anualmente el pago de una quinta parte junto con los intereses fijados según el tipo de interés legal, que se abonarán simultáneamente con cada fracción del capital.
- Para abonar el precio de adquisición de los bienes del premoriente, el cónyuge supérstite dispondrá del mismo plazo de cinco años, aplicándose los intereses fijados según el tipo de interés legal. Dicho plazo empezará a contar:
a) Si la adquisición se realiza de forma amistosa sin notificación, a partir de la fecha del contrato en el que conste la transmisión patrimonial.
b) Si la adquisición proviene de la notificación prevista en el artículo 1392 del Código Civil, a partir de la fecha de esta notificación.
2.- Para asegurarse el cobro de los importes debidos, los herederos del cónyuge premuerto podrán exigir que el cónyuge supérstite constituya una prenda o pignoración sobre los negocios, establecimientos o derechos sociales adquiridos o atribuidos, corriendo este con todos los gastos.
Por lo que respecta a los bienes adquiridos o atribuidos, los herederos del cónyuge premuerto podrán registrar sea su condición de coheredero, sea la de vendedor, según el caso, ambas previstas en el artículo 2374 del Código Civil, para su propio beneficio y a costa del cónyuge supérstite.
3.- Los importes debidos por el cónyuge supérstite a los herederos del cónyuge premuerto se podrán exigir inmediatamente y de pleno derecho en caso de enajenación a título oneroso o gratuito de los bienes adquiridos o atribuidos cuando se produzca el fallecimiento del cónyuge supérstite antes de su completa liberación. Por lo que respecta a la vivienda familiar y su mobiliario, en caso de ventas parciales, la fracción de la compensación todavía no abonada recaerá en el fruto de estas ventas.
4.- El derecho de atribución y adquisición especificado en los párrafos anteriores no se podrá ejercer si el fallecimiento del cónyuge se produce durante el proceso de divorcio o separación matrimonial, con posterioridad a la fecha en la que se haya dictado el auto de no conciliación.

La disposición de los cuerpos colocados en dos barras distanciadas a 1,1 m; facilita el desahogo de rastrojo entre cuerpos imprescindibles en siembras con abundante rastrojo en superficie.
La escasa distancia entre cuchilla turbo y el doble disco sembrador mejora la mplantación, al evitar que el rastrojo reacomode en la línea de siembra previo al corte de doble disco.
La versatilidad tecnológica se basa en una barra portahierramienta articulada sobre paralelogramos, que mediante al accionamiento hidráulico puede ascender y descender en forma perpendicular al suelo con mucha agilidad, adaptándose fácilmente a las irregularidades del terreno, posibilitando una libre configuración de cuerpo de siembra, cuchillas de corte y fertilización.
El corte de rastrojo es realizado por una cuchilla cuyo diseño permite copiar eficazmente las irregularidades del terreno, evitando de esta manera la sobreprofundizacion en las lomas y la falta de corte en las huellas.
La cuchilla esta ubicada a escasa distancia del doble disco plantador posee gran versatibilidad al momento de optar por un sistema de dosificación de semilla, ya que admite la utilización de dosificadores tipo achorrillo, monograno neumático o monograno mecánico con fondo plano e inclinado y monograno de placa vertical.

Режущее лезвие находится на небольшом расстоянии от двухдискового сошника, допускающего несколько различных способов дозировки семян: могут применяться дозаторы зернового высева, пневматические или механические дозаторы точного высева (с ровным или наклонным дном), а также дозаторы точного высева с вертикальным распределителем.

To tell you a little bit about myself, I was born in Saint Petersburg, the city of the Czars and the midnight sun, and studied in one of the newly opened foreign language schools specialised in the Spanish language. After leaving school, awarded with an Academic Medal of Distinction, I continued my education at the department of Romance languages of the Linguistics faculty of Saint Petersburg State University where I attended numerous translation and interpreting courses. I also obtained a diploma that permits me to teach the Russian language to foreign students, and did my PhD work in the same area.
Frequent travel and language courses in Universities of other countries (Spain, France, Canada and Italy) helped me to improve my language skills and to pass the respective official exams. I have published 15 scientific articles in the fields of translation, linguistics and folklore. I also have a guide-interpreter of English language certification, granted upon graduation from the “Interpreting in the context of professional communication” programme in Saint Petersburg.
Later I moved to Spain to live and work, and graduated from the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting of the University of Granada with an average mark of 9.27 out of 10. I specialised in legal and sworn translation and studied different subjects related to law and economics (civil law, criminal law, immigration law, procedural law, international trade institutions, international validation of decisions, acts and documents). This allowed me to become a sworn translator and interpreter of French and Spanish. My second specialization at the University of Granada was consecutive and simultaneous conference interpreting.
My work experience includes:
1. general translations: cafe and restaurant menus, gastronomy, travel and tourism, oenology, cosmetics and spa, trade fairs, economic forums, translation services, clothes and accessories, real estate, information technology, market studies, car rental, paintings and history of art, education, insurance, animal articles, advertising texts and websites;
2. legal, economic and administrative translations: agreements, deeds of sale, marriage articles, living wills, deeds of declaration of heirs, powers of attorney, legal notices, business correspondence, extracts of laws, certificates, diplomas and different documents issued by the public administration and judicial authorities during legal procedures;
3. technical translations: agricultural and industrial machinery, tanning industry, food industry, user instructions for household appliances, scientific calculators, security systems (electrical elements and software), ventilation and refrigeration systems, construction of computer networks, sealants, electric vehicles, fertilizers, marble treatment and marble products, Russian quality standards;
4. interpreting: visits to industrial plants, interviews, business meetings, press conferences, videoconferences, weddings, symposiums, medical consultations. I am a permanent collaborator with translation agencies, enterprises, individual clients and other translators and interpreters.
