Source text - English (h)"Additional Termination Events".
(i) Impossibility: The occurrence of Impossibility shall also be a Termination Event, as to which the Affected Party shall be the party subject to an Impossibility. For purposes of this Agreement, "Imposibility" shall mean the occurrence of a natural or man-made disaster, armed conflict, act of terrorism, riot, labor disruption, act of state or force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its control which makes it impossible (other than as a result of it own misconduct)for such a party to perform any absolute or contingent obligation, to make a payment or delivery or to receive a payment or delivery in respect of such Transaction o to comply with any other material provision of this Agreement relating to such Transaction or whereby the convertibility, transferability or ability to hold any currency has been materially impaired between the date that the currency oligation has been entered into and the date that the currency is delivered. As of today Party B has to obtain approval of the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina in order to transfer currency from Argentina to a foreign jurisdiction.

(i) Imposibilidad. La Parte Afectada será la parte sujeta a una Imposibilidad en el caso de una causa de rescisión debido a la concurrencia de Imposibilidad.”Imposibilidad”significará el acaecimiento de un desastre natural o causado por el hombre, conflicto bélico, acto de terrorismo, revuelta, huelga laboral, acto de estado o fuerza mayor o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de control que resulte imposible ( diferente al resultado de un acto propio de mal desempeño) y que dicha parte pueda llevar a cabo cualquier obligación contingente o absoluta, efectuar o presentar pagos o recibir un pago o entrega en relación con dicha Transacción o cumplir con cualquier disposición material de este Acuerdo relacionado con dicha Transacción o debido a que se haya visto afectada la convertibilidad, transferencia o posibilidad de mantener cualquier moneda entre la fecha de emisión de la obligación monetaria y la fecha en que se entrega la moneda extranjera. A partir de la fecha la parte B obtuvo la debida autorización del Banco Central de la República Argentina a fin de poder transferir monedas extranjeras desde la Argentina a cualquier jurisdicción extranjera.
