Source text - English When my daughter was diagnosed with Autism, I didn’t know how to help her. Starting various therapies was the first step in the right direction. Our schedule got so busy it exhausted us. The regular 9-5 job was not flexible to my needs. I started to lose energy, time in my day and income because you don’t get paid time off for going to services for your child. This caused mental, physical stress that literally drained me, but I couldn’t give up because I needed to be at my best to help my daughter with her daily needs so something had to change. I decided to work for myself to be more present, productive in my daughter’s life.
So, with my experience as a fitness trainer, massage therapist, online business owner I am driven to help Autism Parents who struggle with stress & finances using online tools to uplevel their health & wealth. I have created the S.T.A.R Program that has four strategies.
First is selfcare, using exercise, nutrition and meditation to start the day with positive mental, physical energy.
Second is The Business, teaching you how to build your own business online using social media, a phone and a already done for you product saving time and learning how to make money from home now.
Third is Accountability, three strategies to boost self-discipline, self-talk, posture to hold yourself accountable so you have a no quit mentality lifestyle.
Fourth is Recap, a summary of the program to reinforce all of the tools to start making change now.

Translation - Polish Kiedy moja córka zostala zdiagnozowana na Autyzm, ja nie wiedziałem, jak jej pomóc. Rozpoczęcie różnych terapii było pierwszym krokiem we właściwym kierunku. Nasz harmonogram stał się tak napięty, że nas wyczerpał. Zwykła praca 9-5 nie była elastyczna dla moich potrzeb. Zacząłem tracić energię, czas w ciągu dnia i dochody, ponieważ nie dostajesz płatnego czasu wolnego za chodzenie na usługi dla swojego dziecka. Spowodowało to stres psychiczny, fizyczny, który dosłownie mnie wyczerpało. But I was wrong.
When something is just too hard, it can feel like you'll never be able to push through.
And that's alright.
But don't let it break you.
Don't let the difficulty and resistance you experience from trying to accomplish your goals break you.
Do not give into fear or depression.
Never allow yourself to drown in the hopelessness that sucks victorious people down into defeat.
Hold your head out of the water and breathe.
It won't be easy.
But if you can walk amidst the strain.

Harbingers
•Used in paragraph 1: “Harbingers of Picasso’s later genius…”
•Definition: a person or thing that announces or signals the approach of another; a precursor of something.
•Example: The robin a harbinger of spring because its presence means that spring is coming
Paragraph 2 Summary: Introduction to the standard story. Picasso believes that as a child he painted in an academic way. Picasso wants to learn how to paint as a child.
Milieu
•Used in paragraph 2: “… all other artists in his milieu.”
•Definition: A person’s social environment
•Example: As a son of a classical violinist, George grew up in a musical milieu.
Flair
•Used in paragraph 2: “It is possible that a young child who shows unusual flair will one day become an artist…”

I'm a native English to Polish translator /11 years/ Specializing in translating marketing-specifically health/wellness, social media blogs, textbooks, and legal documents.
My most recent translating project was for a tutor company for the MCAT so that students from Poland can have a chance to test for the exam. I have also worked remote for a law firm in NYC/ financial district, translating birth certificates, affidavits, ect for their Polish clients.
