This agreement enures to the benefit of each party to it or any of its successors or assignees. No party can assign or transfer all or any of its rights under this agreement without the consent of the other party.
6. COUNTERPARTS
This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and this has the same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of this agreement.
5. TAXATION AND LEGAL COSTS
All payments are to be made free and clear of any present and future taxes, withholdings, imposts and other deductions of whatsoever nature.
Each party shall bear its own legal and other professional costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the preparation of this agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Singapore law. Each party agrees that the Singapore Arbitration Centre will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute including a dispute relating to non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this agreement and for these purposes submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Translation - English The renowned Chinese sociologist and anthropologist Mr. Fei Xiaotong's “four-sentence doctrine” is highly influential and full of good wills. But I always believe there is still room for discussion. "Understand the beauty of one’s own culture", as the first sentence of the doctrine goes, is a firm and determined assertion but it can hardly lead to the second sentence "appreciate the beauty of other cultures". The third sentence "all cultures coexist together" only emphasizes the peaceful coexistence of diversified cultural units for the good of all, but obviously without taking account of the violent changes and integration of cultures in the current era. Therefore, the fourth sentence “build a harmonious and united world” is all about creating a universal harmony of difference, in which, all cultures respect each other.

Translation - English II. Windows of Six Harmonies
After traveling through the Time Tunnel, the audience enters into the "Windows of Six Harmonies" section where they enjoy a high and distant view. A large exhibition fixture, the "Windows of Six Harmonies" is inspired by the Liuhe Pagoda (Liuhe means Six Harmonies). It reproduces the fifth storey of the ancient pagoda, where the audience has a magnificent view of the entire exhibition field: The time-honored streets and alleys join the skyscrapers and towers, creating a gorgeous landscape. This is where Hangzhou’s legendary past meets the city’s vibrant present. The successive mountains symbolize the CAA's cultural legacy that has been lasting for a century.
IV. Hallucination Force
The "Force Spectator" section demonstrates the aspiration of the people at CAA to work hard to become as shining as the Sun and the Moon, and behind it there is the "Dream Force" that the young designers crave. Immersing into the interactive works, the audience gets a glimpse of the halo of year 2050; and they travel hundreds of light-years after closing their eyes in the "Space Hypnosis Cabin". Driven by dreams, the young brands are creating values in the creative market. The section also features a 5G Live Broadcasting Room to amplify the voice of young, creative minds to share with the universe, the world and all people.
