Dear All,
I would like to bring to your attention that I know Mr. SONGMENE Innocent as a Translator / Interpreter and Executive Assistant of the CCO SA Group. I worked there as Technical Assistant in their wood and forestry factory from 2010 to 2017.
In fact, CCO SA is a Cameroonian group that deals with household soap, refined palm oil and margarine. It also deals with bakery, pastry, wood, forestry, palm oil cultivation and farming.
I do not speak French which is an official language together with English in Cameroon, but I was very happy to have him as a translating and interpreting collaborator.
He has been the very one responsible for the successful communication (French / English) between the company and me from the negotiation, the drafting, the translation, the signature and the execution of my technical assistance contract until its term in 2017.
He has been the backbone of the success of my mission, namely installing the plywood machinery, starting up the plant and training the personnel despite the language barrier.
I am not exaggerating if I say that I found him another excellent skill as a good negotiator.
Without prejudice, I was also nicely surprised to experience myself his good command of the German language in 2012 when Mr. KIMMIG Ludwig Robert, who spoke neither French nor English, was sent to CCO SA Group by Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH to install an alternative saw in our company and train the staff. Mr. SONGMENE Innocent managed to provide German / French / English communication between us not only from the negotiation and the purchase, but also during the installation and the staff training. Many other examples could not be mentioned here.
In doing so, Mr SONGMENE Innocent's sense of responsibility is well established both in the family and in society. By adding to this quality the skills, the efficiency, the professionalism, the loyalty, the humility and above all the confidentiality which he shows in his work, I recommend him with all my heart and I am convinced that he will be a valuable asset for your translation work in French / English / German.

J’ai l’honneur de porter à votre attention que je connais M. SONGMENE Innocent comme Traducteur /Interprète et Assistant de Direction du Groupe CCO SA. J’y ai presté en tant qu’Assistant Technique dans son usine de fabrication de bois et de contre-plaqués de 2010 à 2017.
En effet, CCO SA est un groupe camerounais qui fait dans la production de savon de ménage, de l’huile de palme raffinée et de la margarine. Il fait aussi dans la boulangerie/pâtisserie, la menuiserie, le bois débités, le contre-plaqué, la foresterie, la culture du palmier à huile.
A ce titre, ne parlant pas Français qui est une langue officielle autant que l’Anglais au Cameroun, j’ai été très heureux de l’avoir comme collaborateur traducteur/interprète. C’est lui qui a assuré la communication (Français/Anglais) entre la compagnie et moi depuis la négociation, la rédaction, la traduction, la signature et l’exécution de mon contrat d’assistance technique jusqu’à son terme avec succès en 2017.
Il a été le pivot de la réussite de ma mission, à savoir installer les machines de fabrication de contre-plaqués, les démarrer et réussir à former le personnel de la société malgré la barrière de la langue.
Je ne vais pas exagérer si je dis que j’ai également trouvé en lui un autre don d’excellent négociateur à tous les niveaux.
Sans aucun parti pris, j’ai été très impressionné de vivre aussi sa parfaite maîtrise de la langue allemande en 2012 lorsque M. KIMMIG Ludwig Robert qui ne parlait ni Français ni Anglais, a été envoyé dans le Groupe CCO SA par la société Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH pour installer une scie alternative et former le personnel. M. SONGMENE Innocent est parvenu à assurer la communication générale Allemand/Français/Anglais entre nous non seulement depuis la négociation et l’achat, mais aussi pendant l’installation et la formation du personnel. Il y a beaucoup d’autres exemples que je ne citerai pas ici.
Ce faisant, le sens de responsabilité de M. SONGMENE Innocent n’est plus à démontrer tant en famille qu’en société.
