Source text - German A1 bestritt, dass es irgendwelche Arbeitszeiten gegeben habe: Die Arbeitszeit sei nicht geregelt gewesen, eine bestimmte Arbeitszeit habe er nicht vorgegeben (EV vom 30. Februar 1998, cl. 45 pag. 45.81.0907). In der Hauptverhandlung bestätigte er dies und machte weiter geltend, er habe die als solche nicht bestrittenen Öffnungszeiten der Studios von den vorher dort ansässigen Betrieben übernommen (cl. 67 pag. 67.930.0786f.). Dagegen sagte die Beschuldigte A4: Sie hätten ihr die Preisliste erklärt und die Arbeitszeiten bekannt gegeben.
Translation - Portuguese A1 negou ter havido quaisquer horários de trabalho: os horários de trabalho não foram regulamentados. Disse que não estipulara horários de trabalho (I.P. de 30. de fevereiro de 1998, cláusula 45 à pág. 45.81.0907). Por ocasião da audiência principal, confirmou sua declaração e alegou ter adotado os mesmos horários de funcionamento de empresas anteriormente estabelecidas nos locais, não contestando, assim, ter havido horários de funcionamento para seus prostíbulos (cláusula 67 às págs. de 67.930.0786-138.930.0787).
