Thank you for checking my profile.
I offer my services as a translator / interpreter between Spanish and English. I´m a native Spanish speaker with fluency in both languages.
I´m residing in Australia and currently working on obtaining my NAATI accreditation as a Professional Interpreter and Professional Translator between the two languages (knock on wood!). Will update this segment as work progresses and milestones are achieved. I´m also working on my proficiency in CAT tools, namely SDL Trados and MemoQ.
I´m an Engineer by education, and have always been exposed to interpreting and translating since my time in University. My ease for the language has landed me assignments and responsibilities regarding translating documents or intepreting at phone calls or work meetings, all of many sorts. This has happened throughout my employment history. I´ve honed my conveying abilities with a certain specialization in engineering-technical.

Actualizaré este perfil mientras se vayan logrando los objetivos. Igualmente me encuentro trabajando en mis habilidades en herramientas de traduccion asistida, específicamente SDL Trados y MemoQ.
Soy ingeniero por formación, y siempre he estado expuesto a la traducción e interpretación desde mis años universitarios.
