Source text - Russian Первоначально, до определения стратегии был исследован вопрос бизнес-модели.
Что же в настоящий момент представляет из себя Фонд? Это операционный холдинг,
который, как и его акционер, бессистемно вмешивается в оперативную деятельность
своих дочерних организаций. И вот что мы хотим получить в итоге ― финансово-
стратегический холдинг, входящий в проект, представляющий достаточный уровень
финансирования, проводящий оптимизацию структуры (бизнес-процессов), повышающий
уровень корпоративного управления до уровня наилучшей мировой практики, и как
следствие, выводящий компании на публичный рынок.
Translation - English Initially, prior to defining a strategy we investigated the concept of the business model. Where
does the Fund stand today? It is a holding-operating company which, like its shareholders,
engages into the business activity of its subsidiaries on an ad-hoc basis. Our final goal is the
formation of a financially-strategic holding as a part of the project that provides sufficient
amount of financing, optimizes the structure (of the business-processes), raises the level of
corporate management to the highest standards of the world-class practices, and, as a result,
leads the companies to the public market.
