Bio
I am a journalist based in Lisbon, with a degree in Linguistics and several language certificates - Certificate of Proficiency in English, University of Cambridge (grade A); Diplôme Supérieur d'Études Françaises Modernes, Alliance Française de Paris (Grade 16); Master en Periodismo, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid/El País.

I have been translating, as a part-time job, since 1998. I have done general and specific/technical articles. I also do simultaneous interpretation in conferences, congresses, etc.

My main job is as a journalist for the main Portuguese newspaper (Expresso) and the monthly magazine Courrier International, which publishes a digest of articles selected from foreign media. As such, a lot of my job description amounts to translating and editing texts in English, Spanish and French to Portuguese. Sometimes, vice-versa.

I am quick, reliable, and accept interesting fees, below-market.
