Source text - Czech Zpráva uvádí výsledky kontrolních měření provedených na mostní konstrukci pravého mostu SO B202 Vchynice na stavbě dálnice D8 při aplikaci hydrofobní impregnace (xyz). Na nosnících PETRA bylo provedeno měření kvality
hydrofobní impregnace a měření povrchové nasákavosti dle normy ČSN 73 2578.
Zprávu zpracovali pracovníci Kloknerova ústavu v Praze, který je zapsán v seznamu ústavů kvalifikovaných pro znaleckou činnost dle ustanovení §21 odst. 3, zákona č. 36/1967 Sb. a vyhlášky č. 37/1967 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů, uveřejněném v Ústředním věstníku ČR, ročník 2004, částka 2, ze dne 14.10.2004, přílohy ke sdělení Ministerstva spravedlnosti ze dne 13.7.2004, č.j. 228/203–Zn.
Metoda posouzení kvality hydrofobní impregnace je založena na využití principu vodivosti. Definované zkušební střídavé napětí o velikosti ± 700 mV a frekvenci 20 Hz se prostřednictvím elektrody a elektrolytu přivede na definovanou kontaktní plochu na povrchu betonu (viz fotodokumentace).
Na stěnu nosníku byl vyznačen čtverec o hraně 1 m (plocha 1m čtverečný), následně provedena aplikace přípravku (xyz) pracovníky společnosti (abc) systémem živý do živého. Pro každou vrstvu byla odvažována spotřeba na 1 m čtverečný pomocí elektronické váhy KERN 572-57. Naměřené spotřeby jsou uvedeny v tabulce 1. Fotodokumentace z aplikace nástřiku a měření kvality impregnace viz příloha 4.
Translation - English This report presents the results of control testing conducted on the bridge beams of the right-side bridge SO B202 at Vchynice, a part of the construction project of highway D8, concerning the application of hydrophobic impregnation material (xyz). Hydrophobic impregnation quality testing and surface absorbency testing on the bridge beams PETRA were conducted according to Standard ČSN 73 2578.
The report was prepared by experts from the Klokner Institute in Prague, which is registered as a qualified institute for expert testing pursuant to Article 21/3, Act No. 36/1967 Coll., and Decree No. 37/1967 Coll., as amended, published in the Central Bulletin of the Czech Republic, year 2004, part 2, dated October 14, 2004, Appendix to the Announcement of the Ministry of Justice dated July 13, 2004, Reference number 228/203–Zn.
The method for testing hydrophobic impregnation quality is based on the principle of conductivity. A defined testing alternating voltage of approximate magnitude 700 mV and frequency 20 Hz is applied to a defined contact surface of the concrete sample through an electrode and electrolyte (see photo documentation).
A square with 1 m long edge (surface 1m square) was marked out on the wall of the beam, and employees of company (abc) applied (xyz) material by a wet-on-wet method. The amount of material per square meter was weighed out on the electronic scale KERN 572-57. The amounts used were recorded in Table 1. Vyhláška č. 149/2006 Sb., kterou se provádí zákon č. 676/2004 Sb., o povinném značení lihu a o změně zákona č. 586/1992 Sb., o daních z příjmů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, ve znění zákona č. 545/2005 Sb., ve znění vyhlášky č. 328/2009 Sb., se mění takto:

Vzor, rozměry, náležitosti a ochranné prvky kontrolní pásky
(1) Kontrolní pásky jsou vyráběny ve třech rozměrech stanovených v milimetrech
a) 90 x 16,
b) 150 x 16,

(2) Na kontrolní pásce určené ke značení lihu ve spotřebitelském balení o obsahu ethanolu ve výrobku pod 20% objemových je uveden desetimístný evidenční kód kontrolní pásky, jehož součástí je čtyřmístné registrační odběrné číslo, kód žádosti o přidělení kontrolních pásek a kód zařazení do úrovně podle obsahu ethanolu.
(3) Na kontrolní pásce určené ke značení lihu ve spotřebitelském balení o obsahu etanolu ve výrobku od 20% objemových jsou uvedeny:
a) desetimístný evidenční kód kontrolní pásky, jehož součástí je čtyřmístné registrační odběrné číslo, kód žádosti o přidělení kontrolních pásek a kód zařazení do úrovně podle obsahu ethanolu a
b) dvakrát slovo „NOVÝ“.
(4) Kontrolní páska je vyrobena z ceninového papíru s originálním průběžným vodoznakem. Ceninový papír je bez vlastní fluorescence v UV oblasti spektra při 366 nm a je zajištěn jedním druhem neviditelných vláken svítících v UV oblasti spektra při 366 nm. Kontrolní páska je tištěna ofsetem a liniovým měďitiskem. Ofsetem jsou vytištěny specifické linkové podtiskové rastry obsahující irisové přechody, které pokrývají celou plochu kontrolní pásky a slova „Česká republika“.
(5) Veškeré texty a evidenční kód kontrolní pásky jsou umístěny rovnoběžně s delší stranou kontrolní pásky. Giloš obsahující mikropísmo je vytištěna liniovým měditiskem. Ochranný holografický proužek je rovnoběžný s kratší stranou kontrolní pásky.
(6) Vzory kontrolních pásek jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 1 k této vyhlášce.“

(3) The control strip stamp for labeling spirits in consumer packages with a product containing 20% vol. of ethanol or more bears:
a) a ten-digit registration code, which comprises a four-digit registration number, a code identifying the individual application to allot the control strip stamps, and a code of product class according to ethanol content, and
b) the word "NOVÝ", printed twice.
(4) The control strip stamp is made from stamp paper with an original continuous watermark. The stamp paper shall have no inherent fluorescence under UV light with a wavelength of 366 nm, and shall be secured with a specific type of fibres indistinguishable in daylight, which shall emit fluorescence under UV light with a wavelength of 366 nm. The control strip stamp is printed by the offset and intaglio processes. Offset printing creates specific linear background patterns containing colour transitions, which cover the entire surface of the control strip stamp and the words "Česká republika".
(5) All text and registration code are printed parallel to the long edge of the control strip stamp. A guilloche containing micro-lettering is printed by intaglio. A protective holographic strip is parallel to the short side of the control strip stamp.
(6) Examples of control strip stamps are published in Appendix No. 1 to this Regulation."

Source text - Czech Všeobecné místopisné údaje: Jedná se o pozemky nacházející se v městském obvodu a části Lhotka, v katastrálním území Lhotka u Ostravy, při ulici Petřkovická. Pozemky tvoří funkční celek a jsou situovány při jihozápadním okraji městské části, v poměrně atraktivní lokalitě pro bydlení v rámci okrajových částí města Ostravy (303 609 obyvatel). Pozemky se nacházejí v rozvojové lokalitě navazující na původní obytnou zástavbu. Napojení na strategickou komunikaci ul. Hlučínskou ve směru do centra Ostravy, příp. do města Hlučín, je ve vzdálenosti do 3 km. Stanice MHD (autobus) je ve vzdálenosti 400 m na ul. Petřkovická. Dle platného územního plánu jsou pozemky umístěny v zóně pro bydlení individuální. V územním plánu je vyznačena územní rezerva pro budoucí obchvat Hošťálkovic a Lhotky s napojením na dálnici D1, kde těleso budoucí komunikace protíná jihozápadní roh oceňovaného pozemkového celku.

Zatížení a omezení vlastnických práv: Dle předloženého výpisu z katastru nemovitostí ze dne 4.9.2012 se k oceňovaným nemovitostem věcná břemena ani jiná omezení nevážou. Dle prohlášení vlastníka nemovitostí na oceňovaných nemovitostech neváznou žádné jiné závazky ani jiná omezení, popř. závazky vyplývající ze smluvních ujednání, o jejichž existenci se nelze přesvědčit z výpisu z katastru nemovitostí.

Translation - English General topographic data: The subject plots are located in the urban district and section of Lhotka, in the local subdistrict Lhotka u Ostravy, near Petřkovická Street. The plots form a functional unit, situated in the South-West periphery of the subdistrict, in a fairly attractive residential location within the city outskirts of the City of Ostrava (population of 303 609). The plots are a part of a developing location contiguous with original residential buildings. Within 3 km distance there is an entrance to a strategic communication Hlučínská Street, offering connection with the city center of Ostrava, or the City of Hlučín. A public transportation (bus) station is 400 m away on Petřkovická Street The municipal plan has a designated land reserve for a future traffic bypass of Hošťálkovice and Lhotka, connecting to the Highway D1. The structure of the future road intersects the South-West corner of the appraised tract.

According to the real estate owner, the appraised real estate is free of all other obligations and encumbrances, for example contractual obligations, the existence of which would not be apparent in the abstract of the land register.
The valuation is in accordance with the International Valuation Standards approved in 2004 by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), in particular with standards IVS 1, Market Value Basis of Valuation and IVS 4, Valuation for Loan Collaterals, Mortgages and Bonds. Source text - Czech Vítáme Vás ve Křtinách, v Pensionu u Faustů.
Křtiny patří k nejstarším poutním místům na Moravě. Podle starého vyprávění ve zdejším údolí křtili sv. Cyril a Metoděj i jejich žáci. Odtud je odvozeno i latinské jméno Křtin - Vallis Baptismi - údolí křtu. První písemná zpráva o Křtinách je papežská listina z roku 1237. Roku 1299 udělil moravský biskup četné odpustky křtinským poutníkům, což přispělo ke zvýšení popularity Křtin jako poutního místa. Za husitských válek i pozdějších válečných událostí naše obec velmi utrpěla, ale nezanikla.
Největší rozkvět prožívaly Křtiny v 17. století. Tehdy se staly poutním střediskem celé Moravy, neboť podle záznamů farní kroniky přicházelo do Křtin mnohdy 30 000 - 40 000 poutníků. Řádovým bratřím usazeným v tehdejším klášteře vypomáhalo až sto dalších pomocných kněží. Takovému množství návštěvníků Křtin nevyhovovala kapacita tehdejších dvou menších kostelů, proto byla v létech 1728 - 1750 vystavěna nová velkolepá svatyně. Návrh výstavby kostela vypracoval nejvýznačnější barokní architekt své doby - Giovanni Santini. Svou výzdobou i architektonickým pojetím je křtinská svatyně právem nazývána perlou Moravy.
Náš kostel je dodnes důkazem důležitosti a významu Křtin v 18. a 19. století. Ve středu zájmu mnoha křtinských poutníků je i milostná socha, která je pokládána za divotvornou. Její původ je zahalen rouškou tajemství - kámen, z něhož je vytvořena pochází pravděpodobně z Francie, socha samotná je však dílem slovanských sochařů. Dodnes je nazývána Scutum Moraviae - Záštita Moravy. V dnešní době je kostel náročně renovován tak, aby mu mohl být přiznán titul Baziliky minor. I Křtiny samotné prošly mnoha změnami - seznamte se i Vy při procházce Křtinami s překrásným prostředím naší obce.

Translation - English Welcome to the Bed and Breakfast "u Faustů" in Křtiny.
Křtiny rank among the oldest pilgrimage sites in Moravia. According to an old legend, the Saints Cyril and Methodius and their disciples used to baptize in the valley. Thus originates the Latin name of Křtiny: Vallis Baptismi – the Valley of Baptism. A papal document, dated 1237, contains the first written notice of Křtiny. In 1299, pilgrims to Křtiny were granted numerous indulgences by the Moravian Bishop, which increased the popularity of Křtiny as a pilgrimage site. The municipality suffered greatly during the Hussite wars and subsequent military conflicts, but never perished.
The 17th century brought the greatest prosperity to Křtiny. By then, Křtiny became the prime pilgrimage site of all Moravia, welcoming 30 000 – 40 000 pilgrims annually according to the parish chronicle. In those times the friars of the local monastery needed the help of up to one hundred of assistant clergy. The capacity of two contemporaneous small churches could not accommodate such number of visitors; therefore a new, grandiose shrine was built between 1728 and 1750. Giovanni Santini, the most significant Baroque architect of the time, designed the plan of the church. Its architectural style and decoration had rightfully earned the Křtiny sanctuary its nickname "The Pearl of Moravia".
The church evinces the importance of Křtiny lasting into the 18th and 19th centuries. A statue of the Virgin Mary, considered to be miraculous, is at the center of many pilgrims‘ attention. Its origin is shrouded in mystery – the stone it was carved from may have come from France, but the statue itself is a work of Slavic sculptors. To this day, the sculpture is called Scutum Moraviae – The Safeguard of Moravia. The church is presently undergoing extensive renovation in order to earn the title of Basilica Minor. Even the town of Křtiny has changed a great deal – you can see that for yourself when you take a walk through our beautiful town. We believe you are going to have a good time in Křtiny; we are looking forward to your next visit already.

Vendor acknowledges that in connection with the formation and performance of this Agreement, he may be exposed to certain non-public confidential information, the disclosure of which to third parties would be damaging. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to the Company’s customers, rates, charges, business plans and processes, financial information and data, sales data, technical data, and documents marked “Confidential” and/or “Proprietary”.
Liability & Insurance:
Vendor shall fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and each such other person being referred to as an "Indemnified Party" from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including all reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel), collectively called losses, as incurred (payable promptly upon written request), arising from, in connection with, or otherwise with respect to: (i) the negligence, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct of Vendor (or any of Vendor’s employees, agents, or subcontractors) in connection with any services or other activities of Vendor hereunder; (ii) failure by Vendor to comply with any applicable law, including all losses for personal injuries, death, property damage, commercial loss, or environmental damage.
Throughout the term of this agreement Vendor shall carry with an insurer of good reputation adequate insurance cover to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from loss of and damage to shipments while in Vendor’s care, custody or control and to cover Vendor’s liability under this Agreement (e.g. Freight Service Liability insurance including coverage according to Art 29 CMR, employee liability insurance, general liability insurance and such other insurance as it shall from time to time be required by law or deems prudent to effect and maintain in force) as well as losses of and damages to equipment provided by the Company.
The general liability insurance shall cover any environmental damage caused by vehicles or transported goods in case of accident or leakage, especially in case of transport of dangerous goods.

Dodavatel musí být po celou dobu platnosti této Dohody držitelem platného registračního oprávnění pro dálkovou dopravu zboží a platného oprávnění podle nařízení Rady (EHS) č. 881/92 ES o přístupu na trh silniční přepravy zboží.

Ručení a pojištění:
Dodavatel se zavazuje plně zabezpečit, bránit a zachovat bez úhony Společnost a každou další osobu označenou za “Zabezpečenou stranu” před všemi možnými pohledávkami, ztrátami, zárukami, pokutami, sankcemi, náklady a výdaji (včetně přiměřených právních poplatků a výloh) kolektivně zvanými škody (splatnými bez prodlení na písemnou žádost) vzniklými z důvodu, z přispění, nebo jinak s ohledem na: (i) nedbalost, hrubou nedbalost, nebo úmyslný delikt Dodavatele (nebo kteréhokoli z Dodavatelových zaměstnanců, zástupců či subdodavatelů) v souvislosti s jakýmkoli konáním či službou Dodavatele podle této dohody; (ii) porušení jakéhokoli příslušného zákona Dodavatelem, včetně všech škod vzešlých ze zranění osob, úmrtí, škod na majetku, obchodních ztrát, nebo škod na životním prostředí.

Quality assurance is vitally important in medicine and pharmaceutical research; this applies no less to the associated translation work, where I habitually follow the guidelines and regulations issued by relevant Regulatory Authorities, such as the EDQM, the Czech State Institute for Drug Control or the US FDA, as well as current legislation. I refer to clinical trial registers for correct titles, adhere to MedDRA terminology and QRD templates. I use a variety of QC tools from Word spell check through CAT vocabulary and tag check features to specialized software such as ApSIC Xbench.
