Source text - German Obwohl die Aufspaltung der Zulassungspopulation in diese drei, im XXX Beratungsgespräch vorgegebenen Patientenpopulationen aus unserer Sicht rechtlich wohl unzulässig ist, hat Novartis diese Vorgabe im Dossier übernommen und Daten für die drei definierten Populationen vorgelegt. Weder inhaltlich noch rechtlich akzeptabel ist indessen, wie das XXX mit den für diese drei Patientenpopulationen verfügbaren Daten umgegangen ist.
Das XXX betrachtete die drei genannten Patientenpopulationen mit unterschiedlichem Krankheitsverlauf getrennt. Der Zusatznutzen wurde in den einzelnen Populationen unterschiedlich bewertet. Für die Population 1 und 2 sieht das XXX keinen Zusatznutzen, für die Population 3 nur einen Anhaltspunkt für einen geringen Zusatznutzen von XXX im Vergleich zu XXX i.m.. Die um 52% signifikant höhere Schubratenreduktion unter XXX im Vergleich zur aktiven Vergleichssubstanz in der Gesamtstudienpopulation der Head-to-Head-Studie (Tabelle 9) wurde dabei nicht gewürdigt:
