Source text - English The Moon is Earth's only natural satellite and is the fifth largest satellite in the Solar System. It is the largest natural satellite in the Solar System relative to the size of its planet, a quarter the diameter of Earth and 1/81 its mass, and is the second densest satellite after Io. It is in synchronous rotation with Earth, always showing the same face; the near side is marked with dark volcanic maria among the bright ancient crustal highlands and prominent impact craters. It is the brightest object in the sky after the Sun, although its surface is actually very dark, with a similar reflectance to coal. Its prominence in the sky and its regular cycle of phases have since ancient times made the Moon an important cultural influence on language, the calendar, art and mythology. The Moon's gravitational influence produces the ocean tides and the minute lengthening of the day. The Moon's current orbital distance, about thirty times the diameter of the Earth, causes it to be the same size in the sky as the Sun—allowing the Moon to cover the Sun precisely in total solar eclipses.

Source text - English WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES AND RISKS OF TAKING PART?
It is possible that you may experience side effects from the study treatment without any benefit to your cancer. During your time in the study you will be monitored regularly for side effects. Being involved in a research study does require a degree of commitment for the regular study clinic visits and additional tests. You may find some of the tests slightly tiring and feel uncomfortable answering personal questions about yourself.
You may feel some discomfort when your blood pressure is measured. Any discomfort is temporary. You may also experience some discomfort in your arm when the blood samples are taken. This can sometimes lead to bleeding, a tingling sensation at the point where the needle is inserted into your arm, inflammation and/or infection at the site of needle insertion, bruising or clots. It’s possible that you may experience skin irritation from the ECG electrodes or pain when they are being removed.
It is possible that some of the tests you receive as part of the study could highlight that you are suffering from another disease/condition you are currently unaware of. If this happens your study doctor will discuss the results with you and provide the best treatment available.
Ionising Radiation Exposure
Examinations such as CT scans, MUGA scans, bone scans and x-rays will expose you to some radiation. The type scans carried out for the trial would be the same as you would receive as part of routine care. However, by taking part in the trial you will receive additional scans. The total number of scans you have depends on how long you continue treatment. It is believed that the additional exposure will not cause significant harm to you.
If contrast dye is used for the scans it is possible that this may cause allergic reactions and impairment of kidney function. Some of these examinations may also cause discomfort and pain, and may be associated with other examination-specific risks which will be explained to you by the study doctor or another physician. Generally the benefits of these examinations outweigh the risks. Moreover, they will be carried out by experienced physicians.

I am B.Com. (First Class), LL.B. Worked with Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (A Govt.of Gujarat undertaking) for 40 years as an English and Gujarati Stenographer and now retired.
I am 74+ and responsible towards my work. During the tenure of my job I deed translation work from English to Gujarati for more than 10 years.
I can translate English>Gujarati, Hindi>Gujarati and vis-a-versa. I can translate the given para directly and feed it into the computer very fast. I am Master in English and Gujarati typing.
